Product Details

This is a highly specialized automated assembly line designed for the manufacturing of household electric ovens and built-in baking appliances. Addressing the unique challenges of kitchen appliance production—such as resistance to grease and the need for internal cleanliness—this oven production line utilizes a fully enclosed aluminum frame combined with anti-static soft curtains. This design ensures a clean working environment while modular workstations enhance efficiency for intricate processes like wiring and welding.

I. Conveyor System & Facility Layout

The backbone of this oven assembly line is a robust aluminum extrusion framework, offering excellent stability and visual transparency. The base features a precision flat-belt or chain conveyor system that smoothly transports oven cavities. Semi-transparent PVC anti-static soft curtains line both sides and the top of the line. This enclosure effectively isolates welding sparks or electrical testing zones when necessary, while crucially preventing airborne dust from contaminating the interior of the ovens. The prominent yellow industrial power rail on the right provides flexible electrical interfaces for handheld power tools at each station.

II. Core Assembly & Insulation Process

The workflow is optimized for the complex structure of baking appliances:

  1. Cavity Pre-treatment:上线 (Online) the stamped stainless steel or galvanized steel inner cavity for cleaning and precise positioning.
  2. Heating Element Installation: Precisely mount the heating tubes (quartz or M-type) and convection fan motors at designated stations, ensuring symmetrical placement for even heat distribution.
  3. Door Assembly & Calibration: Assemble the tempered glass doors, install hinges and micro-switches, and perform a tension test to verify the closing tightness.
  4. Electrical Integration: Route high-temperature resistant wiring, connect the main control PCB and thermostat, followed by Hi-Pot and insulation resistance testing.
  5. Final Casing: Attach the external shell panels, non-slip feet, and top ventilation grilles.

III. Quality Control & Testing Architecture

The oven assembly line features integrated audio-visual alarm systems linked to diagnostic testers. Every unit that comes off the line undergoes a “Baking Simulation Test,” running for over 15 minutes to validate the thermostat’s response time and check for any obstructions in the fan motor. If an open circuit or abnormal temperature control is detected, the PLC automatically diverts the defective unit to a rework buffer zone.

IV. Technical Specifications

  • Target Product: 30L – 100L Household Countertop / Built-in Electric Ovens
  • Line Speed: Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), 10-20 meters/minute
  • Conveyor Type: Flat belt/Chain conveyor with bi-directional transfer capability
  • Pneumatics: 0.5-0.7 MPa (For pneumatic tightening tools)
  • Load Capacity: ≥50 kg per pallet/station

V. Design Advantages

By encapsulating the work area with soft curtains, this oven manufacturing line cleverly solves the industry-wide pain point of dust contamination inside small appliances. The modular frame structure allows for rapid disassembly and reconfiguration, making the line highly adaptable for flexible manufacturing involving multiple product variants and smaller batch sizes.
